This game was made for a course project.

The game is a platformer set in space and the player attempts to save a spaceship that has gone rogue. They must fight and maneuver their way to the control room to regain control. The player will have several abilities that it can use during its mission. The game contains an AI that quickly learns and adapts to the players abilities and movement and creates a level based on how the player played the previous level(s) This creates a different game interaction each play as the AI learns based on the different moves made by the player.

Player Controls:

  • W - Jump
  • A - Move Left
  • D - Move Right
  • Space - Shoot
  • J - Stun
  • K - Hack
  • L - Long Jump

Abilities:

  • Stun
    • Stuns the enemy for a short interval
    • Enemy unable to attack or move during stun
  • Hack
    • Disables traps for a short interval
    • All traps in a small area get hacked
  • Long Jump
    • Lengthwise jump forward that can bypass many traps in a row
    • Does not jump over enemies
